Planning, styling, liaising with florists, caterers, venues, lighting, stationery and everyone that is possibly involved in your wedding.....you have done it all BUT you can't set up your wedding until the day and well, you have more important things to be doing like GETTING MARRIED!!!! Well don't be worried because we offer a great on-the-day setup package for dynamic couples like your self.

• A venue meeting close to the wedding date to discuss all of your plans and setup ideas.
• We will take over from you a month prior to your wedding and coordinate deliveries on the day with your florist, lighting designer, cake decorator, furniture and décor supplier and any other vendors supplying products to make your wedding look amazing!
• At our venue meeting you will provide us with floor-plans and setup ideas; however if there is anything you are stuck on or simply just want to leave it to our discretion or even brainstorm your ideas, lets do it!
• A full “setup” run-sheet will be created for vendors and first be sent to you for approval, once we receive your approval we will proceed to send this out to the suppliers and venue.
• Our biggest role will be played out on the day of your wedding, meeting vendors to receive deliveries and checking them off; setting up your ceremony, canapes / post ceremony celebrations and wedding reception.
• This package gives you two experienced stylists from our team here at Little Gray Station. 

Our team are problem solvers, if something is not quite working we will work with what we have to deliver and resolve any issues. With a fine eye for detail, your wedding day will look beautiful.
