REAL WEDDING: Stacey + Andre | Woodlands of Marburg | wedding styled by Little Gray Station

Stacey and Andre were the most beautiful, kind hearted couple to work with. High school sweethearts of 15 years, we wanted to create the perfect wedding for these two lovebirds to remember forever.

Stacey came to us with a vision for her dream wedding - rustic elegance with a bohemian touch, full of colour and light. A last minute venue change became a blessing, as we were able to make use of the sprawling gardens of Woodlands of Marburg.

We used plenty of floral arrangements throughout the ceremony space to create a romantic setting. The colour palette of deep pink and purple berry tones complemented the timber elements perfectly. One beautiful little detail was in the hanging chair signs, with calligraphy reading 'I will walk 500 miles' & 'I will walk 500 more', lyrics that would later be recited by Andre in his wedding speech.

We love the images of the guests enjoying the cocktail space that we created with a mixture of french linen furniture and picnic blankets. A custom-made wooden signpost was the perfect addition to the space, directing guests to lawn games and the gorgeous tea station we created with ornate vintage crockery and Stacey's favourite T2 tea.

For the reception, long wooden tables and eclectic vintage chairs created an intimate setting underneath the stars, with a canopy of festoon lighting. Guests collected their handmade place cards from a set of vintage shutters, and beautiful family photos were displayed amongst cascading babies breath.

It truly was an enchanted space and we are so glad we could be a part of Stacey & Andre's day.
